I’m going through one of my personal experiences :

I was an only child, my dad and mom were both working and didn’t find so much time to separate for me, I started to play with myself, in one of my games i was chasing a burglar but, burglar and police both was me. I separated myself from whole of the world and I thought I’m perfect all the time and everyone should obey me and know how perfect I am.
Time passed and I entered my teenage period, I got out of home to find some new friend and I found it but, they were not praising me for playing volleyball perfectly, you know why? because I didn’t play volleyball perfectly, In reality I sucked at playing it but when I was alone in my imagination I was playing it like Ivan Zaytsev.

I didn’t play with them very much but talking with’em. I tried to prove my superiority through my knowledge. You know what, people want their friends to have less knowledge from them, so they rejected me and tried to bullying me. IT WAS HORRIBLE!, I wanted to be socialized but didn’t know how to. So I stepped back and stayed in my own shelter(home) and study, study, study. I couldn’t find many friends in my teenage period.

I entered university and being social is an obligation here, I study every bit of social psychology about what people want from you and implemented it people started to love me because I knew when to admire and when to criticize. In this period I got into a toxic relationship that she wanted to limit my social activities, this was my first mistake. Then she tried to limit all of my social activity because she believed that I should be for her not anyone else. It triggered my social phobia, I didn’t know what to do when I’m in social and my brain start to perceive other people as a danger and this is how you get social phobia. It should be something in the past to trigger it.
